C'est l'un des plus connus des Me262,sans doute parce qu'il est exposé

Tachikawa Ki-94-II high altitude interceptor, ver. 3.0.0. Designed
late in the war specifically to intercept B-29s, the Ki-94-II never
flew. In fact, Japan surrendered on the very day it was scheduled
for its maiden flight. Multi-resolution model features full animation
and breaking parts. Freeware. fsds2 model by Gerald Lindell (jlindell@wi.rr.com),
Textures by Phanis Sima, flight model & special NEW sounds (included)
by David C. Copley, 2-D panel by Lobo da Silva and vc gauges and dp
modification for breaking parts by Andre van Duin. This plane also
models "compressability" and had no "dive recovery
flaps" so be careful of your airspeed in dives. |

On
July 15, 1944, the RLM submitted Proposal 226/II to Germany's aircraft
manufacturers. This "Emergency Fighter Competition" specified
lot of requirements (although these were later to change several times)
for the second-generation of jet-powered fighters for the Third Reich.The
Me P.1101 V1 was about 80% complete when the Oberammergau complex
was discovered by American troops on April 29, 1945, a few days before
the war's end.Cockpit pressurization was to be incorporated in the
production model, as was either two or four MK 108 30mm cannon. The
production model was also to fitted with cockpit armor, and up to
four underwing X-4 air-to-air missiles could be carried.If you need
